Refund policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return
Email us at zagor.ilaila@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zagor.ilaila@gmail.com with photos of the issue — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
